Great care has been taken to ensure a true representation of each of the items featured online. However, as many items are individually made, slight variations in colour may occur.
Please ensure you check your delivery once it arrives as any shortages must be notified on receipt of your parcel.
We are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. We will accept cancellations on our stock lines at any time prior to dispatch.
Refunds will be given in accordance with the method of payment and will be less the original shipping charge. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of return under this guarantee.
Where we advertise special offers, sale goods or promotional products, reductions made on goods under these offers cannot be applied to past or future orders.
In the case of damages, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that damaged items due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Queries placed outside this time frame may not qualify for a refund. If we do receive notification within this timeframe, we will process an exchange for any faulty item received and if we have no replacement sock, you will receive a full refund.
We will arrange for courier to collect your parcel and return it back to us.
If you do receive a faulty item we will arrange a pickup of this item free of charge and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or a refund to be processed. If the pickup is agreed and you, the customer are not at the premises when the courier arrives, you will be charged a €10 unavailability charge as well as the price of the pickup €15. Any future pickups will be at the customers cost. Once we receive it back, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
